Weatherall Printing Co. is a commercial printer in Tupelo, MS providing Digital, Offset and Large Format printing, online storefronts and multi-channel marketing solutions to help you deliver your message. How do I get a quote from you?

Are you a new customer? Do you need a custom quote? You can easily use our Request a Quote feature on our website. With just a few pieces of information, you can receive a quote quickly from our Customer Service Department.

For a more accurate quote, please supply as much information as possible, such as:

  • Flat Size & Folded Size
  • Paper Type & Color
  • Quantity
  • Bindery / Finishing / Special Instructions
  • Mailing Services, if needed

In what resolution should photos and graphics be saved?

Photographs and images should be saved at 300 dpi at 100% size. Any images that are to be enlarged, need to be either scanned at the correct size or need greater than 300 dpi resolution.

What is a bleed?

A bleed is the extra ink that extends past the final trim edge. We require a bleed of .125” or 1/8” past the trim edge.

How do I upload files to you?

Do you have a file ready for a quote? Are you sending in new artwork? You can upload these files online directly to our Customer Service Department. Please click on Estimates from the Navigation Bar at the top.

What type of presses or printers do you use?

Heidelberg Speedmaster 74 DI and Heidelberg QM46 for Offset Printing.

Versa Camm Print & Cut VS-640 for Large Format Printing. We can print up to 63” wide and as long as needed on a variety of substrates. We can also tile the job if it is bigger than 63” wide.

HP Indigo Model 5500 for Digital Printing anything up to 13” x 19” in size.

Why do I need to look at a proof?

A proof from us is that last time you have a chance to look at everything (text, color, layout, etc.) before it is printed. It doesn’t take a long time to proof. And, it ensures everything is correct on the first run.
